Spanish wine is produced in all parts of the country. This country is best known for its Tempranillo, the quality black grape variety in Rioja and most of the vineyards in north and central Spain. This red wine comes in a various of styles, from early drinking, fruity without oak, to premium ones that are always matured in new oak, with smooth tannins but powerful and long-lasting taste.
