The USA’s important vineyards are mostly found in the west coast, the states of California and Oregon.  Some of the famous vineyards are located on the coast to enjoy the cooling effect from the ocean or sea breeze, like Sonoma coast and Los Carneros; or some vineyards are located at inner areas like Napa Valley but with hillsides and rivers for cooling effects on grape-growing.  The states have now become one of the most important wine regions in the world, with its vineyards produce wide range of wines with economy of scale, from easy drinking to high quality, single or blended varietal wines.
