FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT DELIVERY

How much will be the delivery cost?

For Hong Kong Island, Kowloon & New Territories:

For Outer Islands, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay:

• Outer islands including Cheung Chau, Crooked Island, Grass Island, Lamma Island, Mui Wo, Peng Chau, Po Toi, Tai O, Tung Ping Chau and Tung Lun Chau
• Please contact us by WhatsApp at 5689 7838 or by email at info@winedeli.com.hk before making order.  We will gladly assist you on the delivery matters.  (*Extra charge may be applied)

How long will it take to receive my order?

You will receive your order within 1 to 3 days.  We strive to ship your order as soon as possible.

Is there any other policy regarding delivery?

Yes, we have restriction of minor policy regarding delivery.  It is illegal to sell alcohol to a minor (person under the age of 18) in Hong Kong.  Therefore, we have required customers to confirm that they have reached the age of 18.  It is also required that the delivery must be received by a person who is 18 years old or above.  Our delivery staff or entrusted delivery companies will ensure the recipient of the goods has reached 18 years old.  If there is any doubt about the receiver’s age, the deliveryman will check the receiver’s ID before giving the receiver the package.  If the receiver’s age cannot be ascertained and there is doubt about his/her age, we will arrange the goods to be delivered on another day.
