Torbreck Woodcutter's Roussanne Viognier Marsanne 2019

$238.00

Barossa Valley, Australia

“Peach, Complex, Balance”

This white Rhône blend, with the Roussanne as dominant variety which provides structure and finesse, the Viognier offers a pure, floral lift and finishes the wine with refinement and elegance, while the Marsanne gives the wine palate texture and richness.  Pleasant nose of peach, citrus, pear and white flower.  On palate, medium+ bodied, complex and elegant, the blend is beautiful.

“Torbreck Vintners was founded by David Powell in 1994. The roots go back to 1992 when Dave, who was then working at Rockford, began to discover and clean up a few sections of dry-grown old vines. The Torbreck endeavour is based around the classic Barossa Valley varietals of Shiraz, Grenache and Mataro, and a love for the wines of France's Rhone Valley.” – Importer’s note
